Spin Cycle is one of our most popular classes. With a 45 minute workout that will get your legs pumped and your beating fast.
A generic Spin Cycle class looks like this,
- 5-10 minute warm up consisting of gentle cycling and body positions
- 30 minutes consisting of a variety of sprints, hill climbs, cycling techniques and endurance cycling. The instructor will lead each section so you know what to do and be supported.
- 5 minute cool down with gentle cycling and a wide range of stretches to help maintain your muscles.
The class is set up for all levels of fitness as you pedal to your level of fitness.
