Flex N Stretch

This class involves a mixture of yoga, pilates, strength, balance, core and flexibility. You will be performing light active movements, stretching exercises, holding positions and poses (some yoga/pilates moves) all to promote circulation, improved posture and more flexibility. You will use minimal equipment (mainly body weight).
Each session will consist of a light warm up, main work out and end with some relaxation/meditation.
