Every class is set up to accommodate all levels of fitness as we tailor each exercise to suit you.

To attend a class simply turn up five minutes before the start time and then away you go. The only class you have to book for is SpinCycle. Sign in sheet is on the reception desk.

Every few months we may swap some fitness Classes around. This is to help people get a rotation of exercise and not do the same classes over and over. To double check which Classes are definitely on, the website time table has the most up to date information.
